Sample Order Policy

Ordering samples is the smartest way to test a product before committing to a wholesale or OEM/ODM order. At Avenora Atelier, we make samples available to boutiques, online retailers, and brands so you can check materials, gemstone color, plating, size, finish, and packaging before you invest in bulk production.

Why Order a Sample

  • Check quality and craftsmanship before buying in bulk
  • Confirm stone color, plating tone, chain length, and sizing
  • Photograph the piece for your own store or catalog
  • Test logo, hang tag, and gift packaging options
  • Reduce the risk of a larger order

Types of Samples

  1. Stock sample - an existing design from our collection; the fastest option
  2. Custom sample - made from your design, drawing, reference, or CAD for OEM/ODM projects
  3. Pre-production sample - made from bulk production tooling and materials before your final order

What to Include in a Sample Request

  • Product links, item numbers, or clear photos
  • Quantity per style
  • Material, finish, stone, and size requirements
  • Logo or packaging requirements, if needed
  • Shipping address and delivery deadline
  • Target bulk quantity, if known

Sample Quantities

  • No bulk MOQ applies to sample orders
  • Most sample orders are 1-3 pieces per style
  • Mixed styles are welcome in one sample order
  • Fees are quoted per style and confirmed before production

Sample Fees

  • Samples are charged unless otherwise agreed
  • Stock samples are quoted per item, including labor and packaging
  • Shipping is quoted separately
  • Custom samples may include design review, CAD, mold, or material costs
  • Sample fees may be credited or refunded under order terms when a bulk order is confirmed
  • Shipping, rush fees, and third-party mold costs are generally not credited unless agreed

Lead Time

  • Stock samples: usually 3-7 working days after payment confirmation
  • Custom samples: usually 10-15 working days, or as confirmed with your project
  • Exact timing is confirmed with each quote

Payment

  • Sample orders are confirmed by 100% prepayment
  • We accept bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal, or agreed methods
  • Production and shipping start only after payment is confirmed
  • A formal invoice is provided for every sample order

Shipping

  • Samples are shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or an agreed carrier
  • Tracking is provided after shipment
  • Delivery to the U.S. generally takes 7-10 business days, subject to carrier schedules
  • The buyer pays sample shipping and any applicable import duties or taxes

Sample Approval and Bulk Order

  • Check your sample as soon as it arrives and tell us if it meets your requirements
  • If approved, send your bulk order confirmation; applicable sample fees may then be credited or refunded under order terms
  • If changes are needed, we will confirm the revision cost and updated lead time
  • The approved sample is kept as the reference for bulk production

Quality and After-Sales

  • Inspect the sample on receipt and report any quality issue within 3 days with photos
  • We will verify and arrange a remake, repair, or replacement where the issue is ours
  • Issues caused by requested design changes or misuse are not covered

Confidentiality

  • Your designs, references, and project details are kept confidential
  • An NDA can be arranged on request
