How to Become a Retailer
- Apply - Send your company name, contact name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, and a short note about your store.
- Review - Our team reviews your business profile and approves eligible accounts.
- See Wholesale Pricing - Approved accounts receive wholesale pricing and confirmed MOQ details per product or project.
- Sample First (Optional) - Order stock samples or custom samples to check quality, stone color, finish, and packaging. See our Sample Order Policy.
- Order - Confirm products, quantities, packaging, payment, and shipping with your account manager.
- Receive - We inspect, pack retail-ready, and ship with tracking. Air freight to North America and Latin America generally takes 5-10 business days after production.
Retailer Policies
- Account approval: business profiles are reviewed by our team; wholesale pricing is only shown to approved accounts
- Pricing: tiered based on customer tier and purchase volume; quotes are confirmed by email or WhatsApp
- MOQ: confirmed per product and per project for approved accounts
- Samples: available on request; sample fees may be credited or refunded under order terms
- Payment: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or agreed methods; stock orders can be paid in full, and custom orders usually require a deposit
- Lead time: standard orders generally take 7-15 days; custom orders follow the confirmed schedule
- Shipping: tracked international shipping; air freight to North America and Latin America generally takes 5-10 business days
- Duties and taxes: quoted prices generally exclude destination-country duties and taxes
- Quality and after-sales: report issues within 3 days of receipt with photos; we verify and arrange replacement or repair
