How an OEM/ODM Project Works
- Inquiry - Tell us your product type, target price, quantity, materials, and branding ideas.
- Proposal - We review feasibility, share a quotation, and suggest improvements.
- Sample - We make a pre-production sample for your approval. Sample fees may be credited or refunded under order terms.
- Approval - You confirm the design, materials, logo, packaging, and pricing.
- Production - Bulk production begins. Standard orders generally take 7-15 days; custom orders follow the confirmed schedule.
- Quality Check and Delivery - Every order is inspected, packed retail-ready, and shipped with tracking.
Commercial Terms
- MOQ: evaluated per project and per product
- Samples: available on request; sample fees may be credited or refunded under order terms
- Lead time: standard 7-15 days, confirmed with each order
- Payment: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or agreed methods; custom orders usually require a deposit
- Shipping: tracked international shipping; air freight to North America and Latin America generally takes 5-10 business days
- After-sales: quality issues reported within 3 days of receipt are replaced or repaired after verification
