Order Processing
All orders are officially accepted and processed upon receipt of the prepayment. Once the advance payment is confirmed, we will commence production preparation and arrange logistics accordingly. Orders are handled in the sequence of payment confirmation.
Production Lead Time
Under normal circumstances, our standard production cycle is 2–5 business days. Orders involving customization, special specifications, or large quantities may require additional time, which will be communicated to you separately before dispatch.
Shipping Methods
We ship from China to the United States through major international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and postal small parcels (e.g., China Post / ePacket). The specific carrier is selected based on the order's weight, dimensions, destination, and your preferred service level, in order to provide a balanced solution of speed and cost.
Delivery Estimate
Once the parcel is dispatched, international express delivery (DHL / FedEx / UPS) generally takes approximately 7–10 business days to reach the U.S. Postal small parcels may require a longer transit time depending on the selected route and local postal handling. Estimated arrival is ultimately subject to the carrier's logistics schedule and customs clearance; therefore, the actual delivery date should be determined by the carrier's tracking status.
Tracking & Communication
A tracking number will be provided upon handover to the carrier. We will monitor the shipment and keep you informed of major status updates. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs inspection, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Important Notes
The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. If you have a firm delivery deadline, please advise us at the time of ordering so we can recommend the most suitable shipping method.
